VILLAGE OF NEWBURG
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
August 2, 2007
Dear Sir/Madam:
You are hereby notified that the Planning Commission
of the Village of Newburg will conduct a Public Hearing regarding
proposed amendments to the "zoning ordinance" (Chapter 17 of the Village
Code). This public hearing will be held at the Village Hall on Thursday,
August 2, 2007 at 7:00 p.m.
Purpose of the public hearing is to allow public
comments and suggestions in favor of or against the consideration
regarding the proposed amendments to Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code
book for the Village of Newburg.
ADJOURNMENT
At the close of the public hearing the Planning
Commission will adjourn to its regular meeting. Please note: Upon
reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of
disabled individuals through the appropriate aids and services. For
