NOTICE OF SPRING ELECTION
APRIL 3, 2010

VILLAGE OF NEWBURG
COUNTIES OF WASHINGTON AND OZAUKEE
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that an election to be
held in the Village of Newburg on the first Tuesday of April 2009 being
the first Tuesday of said month the following officers are to be
elected:
(1) A Trustee, for the term of two (2)
years, to succeed Phil Beitz, whose term will expire on
Thursday, April 14, 2010.
(2) A Trustee, for the term of two (2)
years, to succeed Mark Chesak, whose term will expire on
Thursday, April 14, 2010.
(3) A Trustee, for the term of two (2)
years, to succeed Bill Sackett, whose term will expire on
Thursday, April 14, 2010.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to
circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2009, and the final day for
the filing of nomination papers is 5:00pm on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 in
the office of the Village Clerk, 614 Main Street Newburg, WI 53060.
