You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Appeals will
meet at the Newburg Village Hall on Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 6:30
p.m. Subject matter to be discussed and acted upon includes: Call of meeting of
the Zoning Board of Appeals.
PUBLIC HEARING
For applicant, Ed Werner and Scott Paulsen. The petition is to allow
for the construction of a building in the M-1 Zoning District on a lot
of approximately 14,145 square feet which is less than the minimum
required by the zoning code (16,000 square feet). The property is
located on Division Street (tax parcel number V6-0317) in the Village of
Newburg between 424 Division Street (tax parcel number V6-0316) and 502
Salisbury Street (tax parcel number V6-030800A). The Village of Newburg
Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on September 21st at
6:30pm to gather comment on variance petition for the above properties
in the Village of Newburg:
