Zoning Board of Appeals

Dear Sir/Madam:

You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Newburg Village Hall on Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. Subject matter to be discussed and acted upon includes: Call of meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals.

PUBLIC HEARING

For applicant, Ed Werner and Scott Paulsen. The petition is to allow for the construction of a building in the M-1 Zoning District on a lot of approximately 14,145 square feet which is less than the minimum required by the zoning code (16,000 square feet). The property is located on Division Street (tax parcel number V6-0317) in the Village of Newburg between 424 Division Street (tax parcel number V6-0316) and 502 Salisbury Street (tax parcel number V6-030800A). The Village of Newburg Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on September 21st at 6:30pm to gather comment on variance petition for the above properties in the Village of Newburg:

Discussion and possible action on variance request from Ed Warner and Scott Paulson property at 424 Division Street, tax key # V6-0317, Village of Newburg as described above.

Notice of Village Board Meeting – members of the Village board may attend the above meeting. Pursuant to State ex.rel vs. Greendale Village Board, 173 West 20 533,494NW 2nd 408 (1993). Such attendance may be considered a meeting of the Village Board. This notice is given so that members of the Village Board may attend the meeting without violation of open meeting law.
