Planning Commission will meet at the Village Hall on Thursday, September 2,
2010, at 7:00 p.m. Subject matter to be discussed includes: Call of regular
meeting of the Village of Newburg Planning Commission to order. Roll call of all
Officers and Trustees.
- Approval of Minutes of July 1, 2010, and August 5, 2010.
PUBLIC FORUM
NEW BUSINESS
- Discussion and possible action on sign for Glide Inn.
- Discussion and possible action on budget for 2011.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
- Discussion and possible action on rescinding the second address for the
Kirmse property on Hwy 33.
- Discussion and possible action on whether to keep or dissolve the
Historical District Overlay.

Notice of Village Board Meeting – members of the
Village board may attend the above meeting. Pursuant to State ex.rel vs.

may be considered a meeting of the Village Board. This notice is given so that
members of the Village Board may attend the meeting without violation of open
