Parks Committee will meet at the Village Hall on
Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Subject
matter to be discussed includes: Call of regular meeting of the Village of
Newburg Parks Committee to order. Roll call of all
Officers and Trustees. Approval of the Minutes of July 14, 2010.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
- Finish Parks budget for 2011.
NEW BUSINESS
- Discussion and possible action on Vietnam vets providing the Parks
Committee with a date and upcoming events for the dedication of Veteran’s
Park.
- Discussion and possible action on not holding Parks meetings during the
months of September, 2010, through March, 2011, unless something comes up.
- Discussion and possible action on comprehensive outdoor recreation plan.

Notice of Village Board Meeting – members of the
Village board may attend the above meeting. Pursuant to State ex.rel vs.
Greendale Village Board, 173 West 20 533,494NW 2nd 408 (1993). Such attendance
may be considered a meeting of the Village Board. This notice is given so that
members of the Village Board may attend the meeting without violation of open
meeting law.
